Why are we asking these questions?

ZIP Coalitions are responsible for leading regional efforts to end the HIV epidemic and eliminate Hepatitis C in Indiana. ZIP Coalitions understand that to achieve this goal, they must engage diverse partners, especially PWLE. Collecting the information requested below is one way that Coalitions can understand and monitor their progress.
